Legano flooring includes limited warranty coverage for qualifying manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use. This may include milling defects, delamination, dimensional deformation, damaged locking profiles, and other visible defects not caused by regular use. The surface finish is also protected against qualifying premature wear, discoloration, or peeling when the flooring is maintained correctly. Limited waterproof coverage applies to accidental surface spills and normal household moisture when water is removed promptly. For an approved claim, Legano may choose to repair or replace the affected flooring.
Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser when the flooring is purchased through an authorized Legano dealer and all invoices have been paid in full. Every plank should be inspected before and during installation, and any visible defect must be reported before the product is installed. Flooring should be professionally installed over a clean, dry, flat, and properly prepared subfloor using the required moisture barrier and expansion space. Indoor temperature should remain between 55°F and 85°F, with recommended humidity between 35% and 55%. Spills should be removed promptly, and the floor should only be cleaned with a lightly damp mop and a manufacturer-recommended neutral-pH cleaner.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, poor workmanship, uneven or damp subfloors, flooding, plumbing leaks, standing water, excessive sunlight, overheating, or prolonged moisture exposure. Scratches, dents, surface dulling, damage from moving heavy objects, and other signs of normal use are not considered manufacturing defects. Natural color variation between production batches or changes caused by different lighting conditions are also excluded. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase, clear photographs, a description of the issue, and information about the installation conditions. Legano must be given reasonable access and time to inspect the flooring or arrange an independent professional evaluation.
